Return and Refund Policy

At Luzid World, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only on products returned within 7 days of the delivery date. 

Products must not be used or damaged during use to be eligible for return/refund. Returns can be initiated only if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item or low-quality item).

Return Process

To initiate a refund, the product must be sent back with the original packaging and proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning the product.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. We will notify you about the approval for the refund if the product meets the eligibility criteria.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment, i.e., the credit card used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the approval date.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed. If you do not see the refund in your credit card balance, please allow 2-5 business days for it to appear. Alternatively, you may contact your credit card company for assistance.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled if they have not been fulfilled. A management, processing, and transaction fee of 20% of your total order value will be deducted from the refund for cancellations.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items that are delivered defective or damaged. In case the packaging was damaged during delivery, you may deny acceptance of the products.
